#Elliottsavinglives

Elliott Downard at the age of 23 lost his life heading home to his wife, coming from a union pipe fitters meeting, he was a member of the Local 50. He was not familiar with the area, was driving directly into the sun and went through a stop sign unfortunately and was hit.
By the grace of God two doctors drove up on the scene and intubated him and saved his life which I believe honestly it was because he was an organ donor which allowed him to save 5 different lives.
We can NEVER have Elliott back but we want to save more lives and want to have rumble grooves especially at East/West roads where you can be driving into the sun. We want them at Dowling Road and the Route 199 intersection outside of Bowling Green Ohio to prevent this from happening there again. They would have saved his life.
Elliott was an amazing man that always had a smile, loved his wife Ansley and his family more than I am sure they knew, he was an Eagle Scout and from a family of 6 and he LOVED with his entire heart and deserves to be remembered FOREVER.
Him and Ansley met at Pioneer Scout Reservation where they both worked as teens..she was 14 when they met and started dating the following year and they married in 2020 and she is now a widow. PLEASE help us to get rumble grooves at Dowling and 199 and ALL east/west roads for some peace of mind to his family
