In February 2013, Barry Walter Hutchinson, born June 7, 1967, will have a statutory release from Federal Prison. He was sentenced on February 2009 to Sexual Assault of minors. During his sentencing, the judge in the case noted that Mr. Hutchinson wasn't to return to the Elk Valley; Mr Hutchinson noted that he wouldn't intend to regardless. The judge's instructions failed to make it into the sentencing report and in a true liars fashion, Mr Hutchinson DOES intend to move to the Elk Valley. In fact, his mother intends to buy him a house in Sparwood and supply him with a new truck for transportation thus giving him easy access to travel through the Elk Valley. Mr Hutchinson was and IS a danger to his victims. We as his victims do NOT want him near our homes.
