We, the undersigned, respectfully petition to increase the maximum percentage for mechanic pads from 30% to 50%. This adjustment would significantly benefit not only the mechanic businesses but as well as the employee's.
Reasons for this petition:
- Better wages for Mechanic Shop Employee's (Being able to better match the food industry)
- Opportunities for Mechanic Shops to host events
- Opportunities for Mechanic Shops to give their employee's bonuses
- Better match the economy pricing
We believe that raising the mechanic pad maximum to 50% would have a positive impact on the mechanic industry and economy as a whole. We urge you to consider this petition and take action to implement this change.

I really never expected to see this kind of energy for the mechanic shops. This momentum belongs entirely to the people who took the time to weigh in and advocate for a fairer system.

fixing cars takes way more time then just clicking buttons in a kitchen. pay us what we earn.
Our work is more detailed than any of the white-listed jobs out there really. We deserve better.
