We, the undersigned, respectfully petition to increase the maximum percentage for mechanic pads from 30% to 50%. This adjustment would significantly benefit not only the mechanic businesses but as well as the employee's.

Reasons for this petition:

• Better wages for Mechanic Shop Employee's (Being able to better match the food industry)
• Opportunities for Mechanic Shops to host events
• Opportunities for Mechanic Shops to give their employee's bonuses
• Better match the economy pricing

We believe that raising the mechanic pad maximum to 50% would have a positive impact on the mechanic industry and economy as a whole. We urge you to consider this petition and take action to implement this change.
