Hello everyone! My name is Eryn-Ashlei Bailey, and I've lived in JP for the past four years. JP is the best neighborhood in Boston, and I want to keep it that way. As Founder and President of the Evergreen-Kenney Neighborhood Association, I have tackled issues including, but not limited to:

  • Development and its impact on residents;
  • Keeping our parks clean and accessible,
  • Building community through social events.

Through community building and neighborhood advocacy, I have developed strong relationships with both elected and appointed officials across City departments.

Projects that I've participated in that were most impactful and hit close to home include:

  • Advocating for fixing sink holes on a city street;
  • Advocating for more funds for the Hennigan Community Center;
  • Advocating for strong anti-stalking laws and resources for victims of stalking;
  • Having an abandoned car, that was enraging neighbors for over a year, successfully towed;
  • Participating in the Design Vision of the BPDA.

I've worked tirelessly to keep the Evergreen-Kenney section of JP clean, safe, and a fun place to get to know your neighbors. If elected to the JP Neighborhood Council, I will approach issues with the same fervor, as if it's happening in my own backyard.

Outside of neighborhood advocacy and community building, I am the Founder and CEO of Petcha Can!, a boutique in-home pet and house-sitting service. I love animals and I'm a Community Advocacy Leader with the MSPCA. I attend Arborway Community Church on Centre Street, and you can find me having coffee, lunch, brunch, or dinner, at some of JP's famed restaurants most days. I am both a renter and an owner in JP, so I understand the housing affordability crisis from both sides of the coin!

I'm also the Affirmative Action Officer of the Boston Ward 10 Democratic Committee, and I have represented Ward 10 as a delegate at the Massachusetts State Convention two years in a row. I was recently elected to represent Ward 10 again in September 2025. I am alumni of Mayor Wu’s SPARK Council.

Can I count on your vote for the JPNC?

Let's Keep JP Special Always...

Eryn-Ashlei Bailey

YES! We need someone who cares about our parks and keeps the neighborhood feeling like a community and not just a construction site.
