The new rates will kill. Our rental house businesses and yet we pay rental income tax. There was no public participation before the increment.

The prices are too high how can I pay more than what I pay for my shopping

Water bill is high, we can't accept the huge bil anymore

This water bills by Eldowas is killing the Eldoret Community. From the 900-1000shs i was paying every month has shot up 3 times. I got a water bill of 3300 for August. This is ridiculous and ripping the Eldoret Residents.

High water bills is unfair to us,the current situation can not allow.
