The bill is too high. Try at least raising by 50 percent which is reasonable for the tough times we are in

300 % increament not reasonable. At least Eldowas should consider gradual increment e.g 30% ,40% etc in phases. This will make individuals and crippling business sectors also to adapt gradually.
