The Board of Education has officially approved the reinstatement of freshman sports for the upcoming school year. This outcome is a direct result of the collective persistence shown by everyone who supported this effort. We have achieved our objective.

The Board of Education is currently reviewing the impact of our request regarding the athletic program. I am continuing to communicate with district officials to ensure that the needs of our incoming students remain a primary focus during their deliberations.

thank you to everyone who kept pushing for this. my daughter really wanted to play this year.
so glad they didnt cut the funding after all. sports are a huge part of high school
