I really thought this might just be me screaming into the void but looking at the momentum now is honestly dizzying. It feels like the tide is finally turning against Steven and his constant excuses for why everything is falling apart because people are actually tired of being ignored.

We request Steven and Mr Lee resign as JMB chairman and JMB secretary with immediate effect!
Please somebody who are more capable to take the responsibilities. Please step down
Nothing personal, we just need a chairman can listen to the resident with patience and able to manage the MA probably with accountability.
1. We need a Chairman able to determine the role we are expected to play. 2. Good Communications skills, in order to build soild relationship and prevent unnecessary misunderstanding, and navigate.
We demand for a EGM and re-elect for a capable chairman. Current chairman is unfit for purpose.

Fed up with the lack of transparency here. Everything is a mess and he just ignores our emails. Time for someone new.
