We need kids to go back to school face to face. My children do not do good at online learning and it's not fair when both parents worm 8 or more hours and then have to teach their children school after that.

Please consider this option for those families who have no other option. Some kids just don’t learn well in a remote Or virtual setting...especially the youngest of our learners and those with special needs.

I am a JCPS teacher and parent. Let’s work towards a compromise that’ allows for as much face-to-face instruction as possible, for students whose parents feel it is safe to return, by teachers who feel safe to return. They do exist.

Face to Face is necessary fo all children. High schooler need peer education to prepare to apply for college. It’s not just about today but 20-30 years from now. Careers, service, families.

as a parent and a grand parent i know these children are missing out on to much learning that is done at school. I pray the school board will take a hard look at all of this for working parents that are single it's very hard on them and that is not your fault but children need to be able to interact with friends.

Open the schools fully. Also, Wake County schools seem to be integrating LGBTQ/BLM curriculum. I am staunchly against this. My SIL is a police officer and my granddaughters will not be taught that their father is an evil person while he sacrifices his life everyday to protect all citizens.

3 children who need and want to be in schools. If there are teachers who are wanting to teach face to face and parents who want to send their kids, this should be made available.

Students, especially K-5, need face to face instruction. Not only for the learning aspect, but for the socialization skills as well. Forcing them to do remote learning will not benefit the children in this age group. Let the younger ones go to school and get the best education possible from JCPS.

Although I am a strong proponent for Plan A I understand that due to Gov Cooper that is not possible. Therefore I hope that we can at a minimum avoid the 2 weeks remote, 1 week in class and the 2 day in class 3 day remote is counter intuitive (less time face to face and the same transportation problems as the 2 cohort plan. It is a shame that children may lose face to face time because of Bus transportation capacity issues. I am sure (me included) there are many of us that would figure out a way to transport our kids if it meant an additional week of face to face instruction.
