The purpose of this petition is to bring awareness to the negligence experienced throughout this course. This petition stands as a show of solidarity and consistency amongst the students enrolled in this section. We have sent numerous emails, phone calls, and complaints about this course and our concerns. Our voices have been ignored as nothing has changed. The sole attempt that was made to rectify this situation upon being brought to higher officials was the opening of tests. Though we are grateful for the opportunity to fail again, no additional materials, or tools were provided to help the outcome. These are just some of the issues that persist. We have always continued to bring attention to the eggregiously false grading scale. The inaccuracies within canvas continue to leave us in the dark in regards to our grades. To this Day we still do not know the true nature of our grades and unfortunately have to await change from a professor who has consistently shown he does not care.

Our requests :

1. The grading scale and scores of each assignment be corrected and unified.

2. Due to the concerns and unfortunately low scores that remain ignored, we request a grading curve for all assignments or overall grades.

3. We request that this professor be formally reprimanded for his unprofessionalism and expressed lack of care for this class.

4. We request a further investigation be conducted upon this professors behavior as we believe other classes have had to suffer at the hands of this professor.
