We call on the Legislative Assembly of Ontario to amend Section 71.1 of the Child and Family Services Act to extend the maximum age to receive Extended Care and Maintenance (ECM) to age 25 from the current 21, in accordance with the report published by the Provincial Advocate for Children and Youth in 2012.
