Michigan Horse Council wants to establish the position of the collective MI equestrian community that E Bikes NOT be allowed on any non-motorized trails in Michigan or the rest of the country. MHC representatives will present this signed petition to the United States Senators and Representatives attending the Congress Ride In being sponsored by the American Horse Council October 22-23, 2019. It will be personally presented to MI Senator Debbie Stabenow and MI Representative Gary Burgess during scheduled meetings.
