December 2, 2008 Rockrose 200 Park Avenue South New York, NY 10010 Phone: 212-375-1155 American Leisure To Whom It May Concern: Please allow this letter to communicate comments and suggestions that East Coast residents have regarding the building amenities, the 6th floor lounge, fitness center, and roof deck. Given the mandatory fee associated with these “amenities” a large number of residents have voiced concern regarding the utilization of the space(s), specifically the hours of operation. Based on the numerous comments and suggestions, the resident consensus is that the following would serve as amenable options. We believe that the implementation of these minimal requests would enhance the community atmosphere the building envisioned these amenities would provide. The following are a few suggestions: A) Fitness Center – Later Hours (11:45 p.m.) 1. Many residents work long hours and as a result, the limited fitness center hours do not afford many an opportunity to utilize this amenity. 2. Later fitness classes: 8:15p.m. + 3. Closing the locker rooms and pool area at the regular scheduled hours is acceptable as we recognize the need to maintain the facility and ensure security. B) Lounge/Pool Billiard/Video Game room – 1. Open 24/7 – Security cameras are adequate to ensure safety coupled with the fact that this building is comprised of young professionals we believe there will not be any issues. C) Movie/Screening Room – longer hours 1. weekdays - till 11:45p.m. 2. weekends - till 2a.m. As tenants of the East Coast building, we would like to thank you for creating such an amazing lifestyle center for all of us to use. We are asking that you consider compromising on the hours of operation with us, so that we may all be able to enjoy the center to its fullest extent.
