Residents of East Beach Landing, this petition is being sent out to get your vote on the 29% increase to the Monthly Condo Fee from $175 to $225 at the annual board meeting in January. This increase would create an additional $10,800 annually to the existing budget. Please let us know your opinion on this increase.
