Ease regulations to allow Kentucky On-Premise establishments to perform carry out alcohol sales during Covid-19 state of emergency.
Following the example of New York State, allowing all licensed On-Premises establishments (e.g. restaurants, bars, taverns, catering establishments, etc.) the privilege to sell any alcoholic beverages that they are permitted to sell for on premise consumption, for off-premise consumption with to go and delivery food sales, to assist businesses impacted by the current state of emergency.
Right now during these trying times, the state of emergency caused by Covid-19 has taken away a vital source of revenue for countless privately owned businesses that were already struggling. This measure could potentially stave off financial ruin for many of them, and guarantee that these businesses will be able to reopen their doors to the public once this crisis has passed.

My family owns a neighborhood spot and we are bleeding money right now. This would be a huge help to keep us afloat until things get back to normal.
Common sense solution for a hard time. Please let us do this.
Let them sell to go!!! It is the only way some of these places stay open. Do the right thing for KY businesses.
Please allow non-Package liqor license holders to sell liquor and beer /wine to go! Our livelihood depends on it! Thank you
Small businesses are going to be gone if we don’t do something fast!!! Remember the Mom & Pop Businesses!!!
It would really help from business standpoint
Open restaurants as soon as possible to put people back to work!
