RE: Protecting our Investment in our Homes

We, the undersigned are all homeowners at Stadium Lofts Condominiums. We are requesting that the Stadium Lofts HOA, Seabreeze Management Company, immediately request a vote of the homeowners regarding the purchase of earthquake insurance to cover losses to the building.

We live in one of the most seismically active areas of the country. The absence of earthquake insurance on our building places all homeowners at risk of losing their homes with no possibility of rebuilding. This would leave most of us owing mortgages on a home that no longer exists.

We understand that the purchase of earthquake insurance comes with moderate individual cost to each homeowner. However, it is critical to protecting the most expensive item each of us will likely own.
