This petition is set up to highlight and enforce changes to laws in Norway as well as in the US that allow for company's such as Burger King Corp. Miami Florida to let customers get stabbed by used heroines in restaurants and get away with it. On June 29th 2007 I was stabbed by a used Heroine needle in a Burger King Restaurant in Oslo Norway. Due to limitation in current Norwegian Law the restaurant operator King Food AS/Burger King Norge does not have to protect its customers from a known threat such as discard Drugs paraphernalia. Drug Abuse in the restaurant has been a known threat for some time I have made all efforts to get both King Food As and Burger King to take this matter seriously. After all the worse case scenario is someone being diagnosed HIV positive. This petition will be sued for presentation to the Norwegian Government and Legal system to try and enforce the necessary changes to make company's more responsible. Likewise it will be presented in the USA to the relevent official bodies to make Burger King more responsible in protecting its customers from such an horrific set of circumstances.
