Dr. Kukk was denied promotion to full Professor by the WCSU Promotion and Tenure committee. This is a petition asking President Schmotter to overturn the committee’s decision and grant Dr. Kukk the rank of full Professor. This decision was NOT made in light of budget issues, promotion was granted to other professors. It appears as though Dr. Kukk was not promoted due to political reasons because it is clear he was not evaluated based upon his merits as a teacher.
