As you all know, Dr. Peter Ammermann has not been recommended for retention here at California State University, Long Beach. As alumni, faculty, staff, students, and concerned friends of Dr. Ammermann, we are outraged by the Dean

Updates

May 5, 2004

The administration is still refusing to acknowledge the impact of their decision but the stories you are leaving in the comments show exactly why Dr. Ammermann is vital to this campus. Text the link to three of your former classmates right now to ensure this pressure does not let up. We need to keep this momentum steady until the Dean agrees to a formal meeting.

The momentum behind this campaign proves how much Dr. Ammermann means to our campus community. Now is the time to email the Provost directly to demand a reversal of this decision. Post the link to your Facebook page to keep the pressure on the administration.

CSULB is making a huge mistake here. Dr Ammermann is one of the only reasons I made it through my junior year.

Absurd. He is the best professor I had at the Beach. Why get rid of the people who actually care about teaching?
