I have finalized a formal letter regarding the R-8 zoning compliance concerns to submit to the planning department. My focus is now on scheduling a meeting with the district council representative to present our case against the expansion.

Enough is enough. My property taxes go up every year and now I have to deal with more loitering? No way.
The traffic down here is a nightmare as it is. Adding a bigger commercial operation is just asking for accidents and more congestion.
Zoning exists for a reason. If you want to expand go find a commercial space instead of wrecking our residential block.
SO TIRED OF THIS. stop letting them take over our streets.
this is a historic neighborhood for a reason. keep the commercial stuff on the main roads and leave the residents alone.

Living right down the street and the trash situation is already out of control. We dont need more noise and people hanging out on the sidewalk all night.
