We the undersigned, oppose the expansion of Bean's and Bread located at 402 S. Bond Street. We feel the expansion of a commercial enterprise is incompatible with the residential zoning of the area and will negatively impact the neighborhood with increased blight, noise, trash, traffic, and loitering.
