We the undersigned, oppose the expansion of Bean's and Bread located at 402 S. Bond Street. We feel the expansion of a commercial enterprise is incompatible with the residential zoning of the area and will negatively impact the neighborhood with increased blight, noise, trash, traffic, and loitering. This expansion will contribute to decreased property values and is contrary to R-8 zoning, which should act to preserve the character of a residential and historic neighborhood. **NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED THE PETITION PLEASE SIMPLY CLOSE THE PETITION WINDOW.
