These people should be ashamed of themselves !!! That little boy deserves to R.I.P. !!!!!!
This place is down right disrespectful to the families who grieve and miss their loved ones! Cease the need for such rules!
Have some compassion. You can never know the value of a simple teddy bear until you have lost a child!
My heart breaks for the families who have to deal with this cold hearted nonsense. Leave their tributes alone its just cruel.
Ridiculous power trip by the council. Stop harassing grieving families and get a real job.

Removing the childs headstone is in itself criminal....I'm over in the US and think both the council & cemetary officials should be ashamed of themselves. As to the person who complained...there are no words for this idiot...
