There is no real reason to change the time! This is a college city and we would lose money if the bars and restaurants close earlier

Changing closing times won't change public urination and fornication issues, it will just change the time when they happen. Forcing establishments to keep certain hours is ridiculous, it should be up to the establishments themselves what hours they want to keep and staff.
