Do Not change 4 am closing times, ever there is no need, people need to become less dependent on cars as transportation and need to be more willing to utilize public transportation, cab or when available uber. Until that changes you will still have dwi and alcohol related accidents they will just occur at different times

This is a Buffalo tradition. As the city is growing and developing more and more, let's try to keep a few things the same. Also, who is this hurting? This is not going end drunk driving, this is not going to end crime, this is going to hurt all the locally owned bars and restaurants who depend on this money. These politicians should be ashamed of themselves. How about they focus on real issues.

Rolling back the time does not create a solution. It merely causes the drunk driver to consume allnof their alcohol in a shorter time span. It also hurts local bar business, and industry that runs on a razor-thin profit margin as is.

There is no data to back this up as a good idea, there are more important things to be done, and it's going to hurt our growing craft beer. cider, and liquor industry.

Much of Buffalo's current boom of success and national interest is coming from our growing culinary/bar community. It's important to keep this success going and to keep Buffalo relevant on a national level. Closing bars and restaurants earlier is sure to harm our growth.
