I know its been said 1001 times but here it goes again. I work late and by the time i get out of work im bored until im ready to fall asleep because guess what? Everythings closed! Please rethink this law and pass it for the sake of humanity.

As the city begins to grow and carve a niche out for itself in the state of New York, don't mitigate the potential size and scope of the tourism in the city.

Nobody is forcing bars to stay open! If you want to close, then close. Bars are open late in NYC, Las Vegas and NOLA. Let's keep our nightlife culture intact instead of gentrifying it.

Changing the closing time will only set Buffalo back instead of allowing it to grow as a city. Furthermore, it is not going to prevent drunk driving incidents, it will only make them occur earlier in the evening when there are more people on the road.

I get out of work at 2am, so I'm not going to be allowed to have a beer after work with friends. Not everyone works days.

Buffalo is a city on the rise. A big part of being a "Big City" includes being a city that never sleeps. A 2 am closing time is equal to putting a curfew on our city. This change will result in our city being a late night deadzone.... From 3am to 6am there will be no money generated... No business taking place. Why remove 3 hours of revenue every day??? I love that my city is alive... No matter what time of day or night!!!! Lets keep it that way!!

I think it's a joke to close them so early. Do they realize how much that actually brings monetary wise. People go out for 1 and the people who are respectable get hotel rooms that money is still staying in buffalo

Closing the bars early will only cause people to go out earlier and get just as hammered, if not more in an effort to make up for lost time. Find the root of the drinking and driving problem, don't stick a band aid over it.

Politicians should actually look at statistics before they attempt to win the hearts of their base by picking poorly laid out arguments. There is no statistical evidence that closing bars earlier will reduce drunk driving incidents only evidence to the contrary.

In the industry, often go to a bar after work at 130, 2am to grab some food after working 12hrs straight, sit down finally and have a beer to unwind and go home. This is definitely a NON issue. So many other things going on to change..
