Hello everybody I'm Nikolai and I had a little conflict with chief Manya that is why for now my status is "fired". What happened is I forgot to cut zucchini and to melt some butter for my station and when I started to do all this stuff I had some orders too. Chief Manya did not like this situation of corse and that is why she said that I should go home and there is no place for me on this kitchen. I didn't give up and asked for a second chance and she gave it to me. But now like an hour ago I just received a message from her that the answer is no. I respect her opinion but anyway I think she can give me at least one more day to fix all my mistakes and to become more organized. That is why I ask you to sign this petition for me. Thank you very much. I really need this because I really enjoy working in this restaurant, kitchen, team and atmosphere in it. Thank you for reading this and thank you for your sign.

Give Nikolai another chance. He’s a good egg and I can tell his hearts in the right place. Any kitchen would be lost without him.
Good evening ladies and gentlemen. Today I want to talk about our brother, Nikolai. I know him too well. Once I ended up in a situation when nobody could help me, but this guy offered me his help. By doing this he took many risks. He is an excellent friend. Could you please give him a second chance? Be friendly to him and he will do everything he can for You.
I'm 52 years old, having a family with two children. For a period of few months Kolya weekly visited my home and I got to know him as positive person with a good character. Sorry to hear about a mistake. But we all are not excused from making one. I believe the he is very sorry and is able to fix the problem
Don't fire him. It's a tiny thing. The restaurants food will not be the same if you fire him. I enjoyed it very much.
