Felipe hernandez went to court to face a insurance ticket. He expected to plead guilty and be able to pay the fine off as he has done in the past. but, the judge ordered him to 10 days in jail. Keep in mind that there were no other words uttered,except "guilty". He stood there shaking his head as if he understood,but when i spoke to him,he thought he had to do 20 days. He understands a lot of my vocabulary, because we speak dailey. To my knowledge they didnt advise him that he could spend time in jail,nor did they offer him an attourney. He has a 3yr old son,(who he adores) a stepson, and a girlfriend of 4 years. People please find it in your hearts to sighn this petition and tell your friends about it. a little boy already misses his daddy. He doesnt drink or do drugs. The only legal problems he has had are tickets. PLEASE HELP US! I AM SCARED AND I DONT KNOW HOW I WILL SUPPORT US...PLS SIGHN THANKS, CARLA,DAVID,AND LOGAN.
