It is horrible that Oak Lawn even had the idea to host this in the first place. Animals should not be tortured in this way. It is cruel.

Although I am not in this community I believe this is wrong to teach our young kids and comunity that it's ok to use animals for personal enjoyment. There are far better ways to raise money then this. Way to go girls on standing up for what you believe in!

This is ideal is just as bad as the HS that had the mock slave auction. Come on, does anyone have any common sense these days. Is this the example we give to our kids.
