Although you may not think it, the temperatures of a car can double in the space of an hour in the summertime. This can be a major problem for Dogs and Children. Even if they have water this does not help them cool down any quicker as the temperature of the water soon rises. Even with the window open the car still gets hot.

Children are the same, they are no exception. Just because the window is open doesn’t decrease the temperature.

This petition aims to provoke the Scottish government to make a law on this.
