Petition to Continue Allowing Dogs at Memorial Park(Site B) Albany,CA

Memorial Park is a beloved park in Albany, CA where families bring their children and dogs to play, picnic, and watch baseball games. Recently there have been some complaints from nearby neighbors regarding dogs at Site B (the fenced area where we bring Dogs). These complaints include barking, lack of parking, and general appearance of Site B. We believe we are in danger of losing dog privileges at Memorial Park before we have a chance to address the issues and make improvements.
Sign this petition ASAP if you love Memorial Park in Albany,CA and wish to continue bringing your dogs to Site B. Petition ends July 12, 2012 5:00pm

1)remove continuously barking dogs and keep other noise to a minimum in consideration of the neighbors.
2)abide by all city ordinances clearly posted in the park.

Just put up better signs about the barking. People will listen if they are reminded. Keep the park open.
My dog loves this place so much. It is the only fenced area nearby where he can actually run around. Please dont take this away from us.
Ridiculous to shut down a place for families and dogs. Fix the problems dont just close it down.
TOTAL NONSENSE. The neighbors knew there was a park there when they moved in. Let the dogs play!!
We always pick up after our dog. Dont punish all the responsible owners just because of a few bad apples.

This is a community staple. Where are we supposed to go if this closes??
