The 2017 State DIBEL Reading Assessment Report Shows the following:
- 69% of Kindergartens are performing below level
- 49% of 1st Graders are performing below level
- 69% of 2nd Graders are performing below level
- 70% of 3rd Graders are performing below level

Our students deserve a superintendent who is just as passionate about them in St. Helena Parish as she is about football. Football will not get your child through college
If you are ready for change and a new era in St. Helena Parish School District this is your opportunity to speak up. It is time to show our Board Member that they are there to represent the concerns of the parents and community. NOT ONE OF YOUR SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS HAS A CHILD IN THE ST. HELENA SCHOOL SYSTEM. The Board Members always ask the question “Are they responsible for the failing school system” The answer is “YES”. If the schools are not performing at level then they need to hire a leader who can orchestrate just that. IF THEY RENEW HER CONTRACT WE NEED TO SHOW UP ON NOVEMBER 6, 2018 AND ELECT A BOARD THAT TRULY REPRESENT THE PARENTS AND THE COMMUNITY. St. Helena students have worked too hard to get rights taken away & to have our reputation go downhill .
Our voices are NOT being heard and we are the students who have to suffer under Dr.Kelli Joseph’s wrath. This has been going on for years and my class isnt even happy to be seniors. We are DEPRESSED! And depression in anyone is not healthy.
I have nieces and nephews that goes to school there I don't see nothing Kelli Joesph is doing for any of the students all she is worried about is football and the band i being took my son out of that school system and my daughters will never go to it I seen the videos where she told a bold face lie in the church those kids have voices too....Kelli Joesph must go
Dr. Joseph does not treat her staff with the respect they deserve. She barely speaks and when she does, it is not positive dialogue. She controls everything that happens at the school level. She calls all the shots regardless if the principals does not agree with her decision. She is not someone who possesses the quality of a good leader.
This is truth, she has had 7 years and the progress is to small to make effect. She must go. She lies to us in church
It's time for an improvement...

I have several complaints please feel free to call me I also have daughter in 2018 class and she not happy how things r going and she was on honor roll and wasn’t recognized I also had a son that was been bully and not got done
