Recently, there has been a motion to defund Planned Parenthood in many states. Planned Parenthood provides many services for women and men of all ages in the country. The defunding of this program would be detrimental to the community members who depend on it for STD testing and treatment, birth control, cancer screening and prevention, and general women's health. This petition has been created so that Medicaid recipients can use their benefits to receive these services at a Planned Parenthood clinic.
