PETITION OPPOSING PLANNED PARENTHOOD CLINIC IN VIRGINIA BEACH
We are particularly concerned by the building of a facility owned by
Planned Parenthood at 515 Newtown Road, Virginia Beach, VA and its proximity to our children’s schools: 1.3 miles from Bayside Middle School and the Tri-Campus, the location of 3 elementary schools; 1.03 miles from the pre-K to 8th grade school of the Church of St Gregory the Great; And, 0.069 miles for Gateway Christian School, which offers classes Pre-K to 12th grade.
It appears to us that Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Virginia concealed its identity and intended activities by building under the name, "Virginia Beach Health Center". It further appears to us that they did this in an attempt to avoid local community objections.
We are concerned that chemical, medical, and surgical abortions will be provided at the facility, in which case we are adamantly opposed to the facility’s presence in our community.
We respectfully request the City Council of Virginia Beach to prevent the opening of this facility by any and all means available.

THIS MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE AND SHOWS THAT VIRGINIA BEACH IS FULLY AWAKE TO WHAT IS HAPPENING!! WE ARE BUILDING A MASSIVE WAVE OF OPPOSITION AND I AM BEYOND STOKED TO SEE ALL OF YOU STANDING FIRM WITH ME!! THE PRESSURE IS HEATING UP AND WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED!!

Why hide the name if you have nothing to be ashamed of? This is so shady. Keep them away from our kids schools.
Deceitful business practises right from the start. They knew exactly what they were doing when they picked that location.
NOT IN OUR BACKYARD. Protect the children.
Been a resident of VA Beach for 20 years and this is the last thing we need. Get them out.

We dont want this in our neighborhood. Glad we found out the truth about what is really going on there.
