I have 2 daughters. One of which graduated in 2014 with a 4.0 GPA. The other will graduate in 2016 and currently has a 3.9 GPA. If it were not for this school and it's standards my daughters would have not had the chance to excel. EVT and its

I have so much to thank ET for how prepared I was so college and wouldnt change the program for anything. If the program does change, I will no longer be a proud alumni.

This is a successfully well rounded magnet program don't change it, my son was in this program and my grandchildren are wanting to get into it.

Speaking as a current sophomore in the engineering magnet I ask please keep the Eastern Tech tradition and spirit students and teachers value and love. Why change it if it has worked for so long?

As an ET alumni, I highly value the experience in my career major in high school. I am now a high school teacher and it all started at ET in the teaching program.

Eastern is the school it is and enjoys its well-deserved reputation because it is strictly a magnet school. To make it a "regular" school would be a disservice to the students who strive so hard to live to Eastern's standards.

Eastern Tech has been proven repeatedly to be one of the best schools in the state of Maryland. Changing other schools to improve their educational program is a great idea, but Eastern Tech has a proven record of success and should continue to provide its current programs.

I graduated from this school in 2005 and the magnet program was the biggest draw. If the magnet programs are taken away, its just another high school.
