Do Not Approve Chesterfield Mall Rezoning Application As Is

I oppose this development of high density residential use. It will not be Chesterfield that we have enjoyed over the years.

This plan will ruin the area!!

Density is too high. Not enough City of Chesterfield oversight control on architecture and materials!

That area is already too crowded.

Please don't approve the mall rezoning application.

People say these apartments will not have a lot of children, but they will and they will over populate the schools in the area. Are the builders building new schools? The dance apartments already going up on Wildhorse Creek Road close to Central Park are already too many.

I am completely against the proposed rezoning. We do not need this many additional people living in such a tightly congested area.

Please be responsible! Do not ruin our beautiful Chesterfield community! Do not overpopulate with housing. The beauty & charm of our City includes enjoyable wildlife & green space!!

I only approve of this rezoning if it’s for affordable housing. We don’t need 3000 new apartments that cost 2000+ a month. Ridiculous.

PLEASE….stop the over building in Chesterfield.

There are already too many apartments in Chesterfield's recent developments.

Please consider all the infrastructure concerns before rezoning.

First out in the infrastructure before building Plan chesterfield like Phoenix. Put roads, schools etc in first

Chesterfield needs to preserve green space and repurpose any natural growth that is removed in a restoration site. The city infrastructure and schools cannot handle the influx of people.
