Density, traffic, quality, connectivity, and mix of uses matters to residents. Please don't approve the mall rezoning application without addressing these concerns.

1. The density of the multifamily permitted is too high. I do not support 2880 high density residential units being added to the city.

2. The location and allocation of the mix of uses is not defined in the rezoning request.

3. I have concerns about the traffic impact given the density of multifamily units combined with the density of other uses (4+ million square feet commercial, 2880 high density residential and 350,000 square feet of hotel/lodging)

4. There is a lack of definition of how the development will connect with the surrounding areas.

5. The City of Chesterfield should establish a minimum standard of architectural detail and exterior materials.

Please do not pass the rezoning request as it stands.

Unless Clarkson Road is increased to four lanes in each direction, and the addition of elementary, middle and high schools, this project will cause major undue traffic and increased class sizes in our already full schools. Who, in their right mind, would even consider such a plan??

I applaud your efforts & the wording of your petition. I agree that density is a very big issue. There seems to be a conflict of interest between the City of Chesterfield, which stands to make money from high density, & residents, who will lose quality of life from it.

A key issue for the future success of this project is providing affordable housing for the workers required to support the retail and office components in the plan. If not included in the plan it will fail in the near future.

Please carefully consider ALL the repercussions of adding this many more apartments and it's traffic to this already congested area, effect on the schools, extra load for the police before proceeding with MORE apartments in this area of Chesterfield.

We do not need more apartments. We need more areas like "Streets of St Charles". restaurants, bars, some living, stores, etc. A place to walk around, eat and have fun. This is what "downtown" Chesterfield Should be.

I moved to Chesterfield because it wasn’t over built and had plenty of green space 4 years ago. There’s already enough traffic thanks to all of the redevelopment around Chesterfield Parkway/Wildhorse. As a homeowner, please don’t make it any worse than it already is.
