Do Not Approve Chesterfield Mall Rezoning Application As Is

I do not support this proposal as is. Concerns outlined in the petition need to be addressed to ensure the quality of our beloved community is not compromised, development plans are vetted, and ensure this proposal is not underhandedly pushed through to deepen pockets of others that don’t have our Chesterfield community’s best interest in mind.

The density of the multifamily permitted is way too high. I do not support high density residential units being added to the city.

I cannot imagine how this project benefits Chesterfield or St Louis County area in any way.

This must be stopped!!

I do not support the rezoning request.

School district can't handle that huge influx in kids.

I absolutely disapprove of all this multi family buildings we original Wildwood residence or promised 3 acre lot housing on way to preserve the wildlife and reserve the woods I feel so duped, WTF!!

Stop this insane proposal

Too congested, our roads are in bad shape, not enough EMS services or schools to handle more people. Need a better plan for all.

I do not want this development

We do not need more apts and housing at the Chesterfield Mall Site. We need a Mall back!

A key issue for the future success of this project is providing affordable housing for the workers required to support the retail and office components in the plan. If not included in the plan it will fail in the near future.

The architectural details are absent and this is way too many new residents in an area already afflicted with heavy traffic. I do not support this development as currently proposed. If the number of units can be decreased by half and an attractive design put forward, I would support this.

This over building of residential units in Chesterfield must not be approved.

Traffic is a big concern

Are infrastructure cost shared equally with residents of these developments? Absolutely not.

This will overload the school. I don’t believe the development deserves any tax breaks either.

Resident since 1978.This is NOT the Sachs Master Plan and it will cause major problems for the City without producing revenue to offset the burdens of overpopulation with people and cars.

Congestion, environmental concerns, traffic, overcrowding in schools…….go redevelop the city and let the county breath.

How can we let this happen?
