Two outlet malls opened the door to further stupidity. Flaunting existing zoning laws is turning Olive Blvd into a mirror image of Manchester Rd. NO to increasing density.

Absolutely against overpopulating this particular area. Traffic is going to be enormous!

Way to many apartments houses townhomes etc! We don’t need any more congestion!
The politicians should deny all new construction until other “new construction” is completely sold out!

Please do not pass this. Clarkson Road cannot safely handle that much traffic safely.

While I'd love to see the empty mall and parking lot redeveloped, it feels too late to use it for mass housing. Chesterfield has allowed trees and trails to be removed for years for mass housing. I can only hope the newest project will be better, but now we need green space, not more stoplights.

Traffic will be a bigger mess! There’s got to be something better to build there.

I do not want any more multifamily units being built in the Chesterfield downtown area. The traffic continues to increase and the ruining of the Central Park nature areas around the lakes continue destroy the beauty of the area.

We are building one of those home in the McKelvey Waterfront development at this time but we had NO IDEA that plans existed for that many apartments/renters/cars in the mall project. We DEFINITELY do not want to fight what will be a traffic nightmare at Clarkson & Hwy 40/61.....I don't see how that intersection would ever handle that volume.
WE also agree that renters-vs-home owners dramatically changes the culture of that entire complex give the number of apartments that have already been built or approved over the past 5 years .
