Chesterfield legislators do not have the funding to work within their budget now (see last year’s budget deficit). They certainly don’t have the funding necessary to support the infrastructure required by this huge apartment development. They gave long term TIFs to the developer so they aren’t contributing to the infrastructure development costs.

I highly condemn the idea of building residential units.

Thanks for the clear 5 issues we must be sure to have answered, or No to Rezoning Request. We'll have soviet-style boring buildings all over Chesterfield, besides Parq Apts.

I applaud your efforts & the wording of your petition. I agree that density is a very big issue. There seems to be a conflict of interest between the City of Chesterfield, which stands to make money from high density, & residents, who will lose quality of life from it.

I am against having so many people live in a small area. It would create traffic jams on Clarkson and prevent me from getting to businesses in the area.

I don’t want Clarkson Rd to end up like the mess on Manchester Rd

Let’s not turn Chesterfield into Maryland Heights. Why are we trying to toss out the city’s master plan?

It will cause too much congestion and needs more green space.

Need to have condo's or other tax generation facilities. Also, consider traffic congestion.

The high density project proposed is ill conceived. In my banking career I have witnessed similar ill conceived projects. When they fail, they become massive low income, high crime projects that destroy the community.

Get rid of Mayor and All council members. They have stopped representing the people of Chesterfield.

Our roads will become overcrowded along Olive & Clarkson. Classroom size will increase. No provisions are being made to maintain or plan or build roads and schools.

Too much housing in such a high traffic area. Where's the green space? Where's the support services for all these people??????
