Area near Central Park is already far too dense. What happens when landlords are unable to fill their vacancies?

Mixed use development is ok. But not 25 story apartments with that many units. This would change what makes Chesterfield desirable.

Let’s keep Chesterfield a friendly community with no overloading of apartments. All this does is increase the different types of people, not just the family type but the lesser of the wanted type.

We don't need the traffic congestion this would add to the area.

We do not need more residential areas. We need to create more greenspace and places to enjoy outdoor activities.

GET THE MEDIA INVOVED! Do not wait to see what is going to happen. They do NOT look at traffic or any other thing u til they rezone it. They are very afraid of the news media. Remember the trailer park. They wanted to clear it out to build apartments.

We need to preserve our greenspace. We already have enough residential areas being developed.
