Nations need to stop! infrastructure and utilities etc cant handle it. My home has been costing me tens of thousands because of a swail in front and neighborhood in back! Flooding me out!!

The proposed density is way too much. Traffic will be horrendous if this comes to pass.

The additional development is way of line with the city I wish to live in.

Clarkson and I-64/40 would become a MESS! There are apartments going up everywhere. This is NOT THE PLACE!

This will destroy our ability to travel highway 40; Clarkson Road and surrounding roads. The traffic is already heavy. This will only wear down surfaces, cause more accidents, and potentially cause emergency vehicles not to reach someone because the will be no where for traffic to move to get out of the way. Seems self serving to me. How does this benefits the citizens?

I think the present rezoning suggestion for The Chesterfield Mall Property is very vague. Traffic to get on 40 would be a nightmare. We Residents need more specific information.

I am not in favor of the current proposal as written . I’m concerned about the increased traffic and density and strain on schools as well as the architectural outside structures of condos and apartments.

Please stop bending over backwards to accommodate developer greed.
