I moved to Chesterfield because it wasn’t over built and had plenty of green space 4 years ago. There’s already enough traffic thanks to all of the redevelopment around Chesterfield Parkway/Wildhorse. As a homeowner, please don’t make it any worse than it already is.

I do not approve of the apartment development near my home. This would not be good for our community.

I urge the City Council to reject this rezoning request. The council should work with the developer to find a more suitable use of this space.

Too many people to cram in! Clarkson rd is already a mess during rush hour. Please do not build so many apartments. Leave green space!

"Hey, Chesterfield City officials, could you be any more out of touch with your constituents? Do you really think we all chose to live in Chesterfield because we hoped one day you'd jam 10,000 renters into the mall area?" This makes no sense. We may need more transparency as to why the City supports this proposal. They should be fighting it tooth and nail.
