We are already overrun with apartments in this area. Our schools will become more overcrowded with this proposal, and the quality of education will go down due to overcrowding. I do not support this proposal at all!

We are against this zoning change. The balance between family residential homes and enormous apartment complexes is far too skewed already. We don't want or need more apartment complexes in Chesterfield.

What's wrong with the City of Chesterfield? I thought they were all for beautification of our city, but building upon building we will become like a bunch of ants swarming this area. There is more than enough housing already. I do not approve of the Chesterfield Mall rezoning request!

I don’t think Chesterfield needs more high density housing. It will make the area far less appealing and have a negative impact on housing values.

I vote No to new development of apartments.at current Chesterfield Mall location. There are plenty of new apartments in the area.

When will they consider the serious concerns of the influx of massive over population of a stable community. This will directly affect all our of existing city services and change the nature of our community.

DO Not pass the Chesterfield Mall rezoning petition!! The entire area around the Mall has become overly developed. Too much congestion and too high density of population and businesses.

The city council must address these issues and take the taxpayers' side before the rezoning is approved.

It was stated at the last planning meeting that this project cannot be successful without this apartment complex. If that's the case, why is the shopping center in the valley thriving without an apartment complex? Also, 2880 more apartments puts over 5000+ more cars on our roads, which are already busy. A comment by a member of the planning committee, stated that yes, it would add more traffic "GET USE TO IT" The city council needs to take a hard look at what's best for the citizens of Chesterfield.
