This is not the crowding or rentals we want in a thriving community like Chesterfield. I oppose this proposal

We don't need anymore high dense living quarters in Chesterfield. We don't have the schools or infrastructure to support it.

We do not need more apartments. We need more areas like "Streets of St Charles". restaurants, bars, some living, stores, etc. A place to walk around, eat and have fun. This is what "downtown" Chesterfield Should be.

I’ve long been concerned about this development. Really love our outdoor spaces in Chesterfield.
Unfortunately, this development with this great of occupancy will forever change the most enjoyable areas.
Having spent a great deal of time in the mall this last year, and realized there is no indoor community space like other cities ie. Ballwin Point and most other municipalities.
Possibly demand for a community center and less housing would be a good compromise.
The negative impact is too great please fight for our communities/residents.

Chesterfield is getting to be more city like each day. The reason I choose to live here is not be in a densely populated town.

The old mall area is already becoming over populated. This would make it even worse.

Chesterfield does not need a community of that size at that location. Olive is already has a very high rate of traffic and that would make it impossible during rush hours and weekends. We need more restaurants and actives brought to the area.

The reason we moved to this area was because of its rural properties. Why do we need all of these apartments? no ownership? Property values go down.

Chesterfield has enough businesses and homes. We have chesterfield valley specifically setup for commercial business. We don’t need more traffic that will be created by this development.

I think some apartments are a great idea but the area should be multi use. Stores, walking areas, maybe a grocery store.
Please do not pass this rezoning.
