I oppose additional high density housing in Chesterfield

I am also concerned that there seems to be no inclusion of affordable or workforce housing in the proposed development. People who will work in Downtown Chesterfield should be able to afford to live there!

I believe this new Rezoning request will not benefit existing Chesterfield citizens. I have lived here 25+ years and am concerned about the increased traffic, the number of new transient residents that will live in the additional 3,000 rental / residential units, the over-crowding of our parks nearby, etc... too many people in too small of a space. Please do not pass this rezoning request.

Enough multi-family units already being built in that area.

There's got to be a better design.
2880 apartments means at least 2880 more cars in an already congested area.

The city gave away the store with this enormous TIF that benefits no one but the developer.

Absolutely not! We cannot absorb this kind of influx of population, and I would have concerns of it converting sometime to low income housing affecting our property values.

The Chesterfield Parkway looks terrible. They took all this beautiful land and it’s so over crowded and unattractive. The apartments are boxes, and very unattractive.

NO MORE APARTMENTS!! We have way too many already and our schools suffer from a very transient population. We definitely do NOT need a high rise in Chesterfield either. We have been excited for what could be an amazing development in the mall property but this is going in the wrong direction.
