Wow. Almost 3,000 apartments or family units ?! Apartments tend to generate transient persons . This proposal is WAY to dense for Chesterfield.

We don't need more high density housing units. We need more restaurants, stores, etc. A place to go and have fun.

I have lived in Chesterfield for over 30 years and have watched the steady growth the city which for the most part has been positive. However, I feel that it would be a mistake add such high density housing in the old Chesterfield Mall location. Please do NOT change the quality of life for those who currently live in this this area by adding almost 3,000 + people!!

We don't really need that many homes in a concentrated area. Traffic is bad enough.

This will ruin our Chesterfield City. Way too many people driving on Clarkson Road where we’ve lived for 47 years. Crazy to have sooo many apartments in the area. What are the people thinking who said yes to this? Where do they live? . I bet not on Clarkson Road.
