Traffic in Chesterfield in that area is already bad at rush hours. Stop this insanity from making it worse!

High density around Central Park will decrease the enjoyment of this area and increase the traffic load on streets such as Chesterfield Parkway, Chesterfield Rd and Baxter Rd.

I am against rezoning of the Chesterfield Mall. We do not need additional multifamily units. The roads will not be able to handle increase traffic.

We have too many apartments being built now. More information on how it will connect for our area and what it will have.

Please review and revise to a more manageable and sensible plan. Traffic will be even more of an issue than it already is on Clarkson and 40

I don't approve of any rezoning that will add additional apartment buildings to the City of Chesterfield.

Too many apartments have been built already. We need green space, not the density of multifamily units.

DO NOT SUPPORT REZONING ! ! ! There are already three large apartment complexes just to the west of Chesterfield Mall - all within a football field from each other. A catastrophe waiting to happen. Fire and police department burdens, not to mention major traffic and safety concerns for pedestrians and bicyclists. NO NO NO!!

Too many future traffic problems with the huge increase in apartment dwellers! Not enough retail options; we miss shopping at Chesterfield Mall. City planners need to think these things through!

This is a disaster waiting to happen. We must look at the long term consequences - especially for those who live close to Creve Coeur Park!

Too much multi-family. Something akin to the Boulevard on Brentwood would be far more appealing.

I strongly oppose this development.

Please do not pass this rezoning. This will lead to traffic congestion and overcrowding with more apartments.

I don't against the downtown idea. But clearly, there isn't enough study on how to move people around. Infrastructure needs to be in place to accommodate this drastic change.
