Do Not Approve Chesterfield Mall Rezoning Application As Is

I do NOT want any high density apartments in Chesterfield

Chesterfield has enough apartments. We need to keep green spaces.

Please do not approve this. The traffic is bad enough right now and our beautiful green space has already been ruined enough. Approving this will ruin our beautiful community.

Listen to your constituents.

Chesterfield is playing catch-up on adding apartment units but that should not compromise responsible planning. We did not move to a dense urban area for a reason.

Please carefully consider ALL the repercussions of adding this many more apartments and it's traffic to this already congested area, effect on the schools, extra load for the police before proceeding with MORE apartments in this area of Chesterfield.

I moved to CHESTERFIELD for a more quiet environment than Creve Coeur. Obviously other people want to change that I am not in favor of the redevelopment as it stands.

Make it more like Streets of St Charles

This development would be too much for the area to handle and will create problems for all. Please do not approve it.

Chesterfield will no longer be a community , but a hub of congested housing!!!

2880 units is way too many!!!!

I’m totally against rezoning of the Chesterfield Mall. We already have too many rental properties.

STOP this overdevelopment! It is RUINING our area, Please don’t sell out our homeland for the sake of private profit . ‘More taxes’ argument is BS. You are ruining our quality of life and the attractiveness that makes Chesterfield special. ENOUGH ALREADY

This will change the overall landscape of this City and should not be allowed.

Chesterfield is a wonderful place to live. If the developer is allowed to over, populate the Chesterfield mall property, it will be a complete failure of those running Chesterfield. Let’s don’t clog up our streets with thousands of people and cars.
