Not enough renters to fill apartments. Will overcrowd schools. Most empty nesters do no rent apartments they stay in their homes or buy condos many times in other states. Traffic will be horrible on Olive and Chesterfield Parkway ! Many will leave this area . Need single family housing not rentals . We have enough apartments and rental housing.

I’d suggest the city declare eminent domain and develop it into a Central Park for the city where ALL residents will benefit.

All the condo/apartment buildings that have been built in last few years …I find it is amazing that our Chesterfield politicians approve the zoning. The impact for schools being overcrowded doesnt seem to be considered. Curious if our Politicians are receiving‘incentives’ !

We want a "Downtown" Chesterfield like our forefathers envisioned. We don't want a clump of apartments.
What about an area like "Streets of St Charles"?? A walkable area with restaurants , shops, etc. Make it a destination and walkable. Think.... "Date night"

We're not opposed to "high density" housing at this site, we're opposed to the number now being proposed.

I am adamantly against the construction of additional apartments in Chesterfield. I don’t want Chesterfield to look like Brooklyn, NY.

What a terrible idea. The current mayor has ruined the city. If they build this in 15 years it will resemble the projects in downtown St. Louis.

Way too many apartments and population density. Where are the Villa's in any of the development around the mall area? Some of us Seniors don't want to be crammed into a "dorm" setting.

I do not think this high density development will be good for our roads and schools.

. Traffic will be an issue entering and exiting highway 40 onto Clarkson rush hour times. Clarkson will get heavily congested. Even more than it is now.
