Did you know that Valour Community Centre INC. manages 3 community centres including our community centre, Orioles, as well as Issac Brock and Clifton Community Centres? Did you know that the Boys and Girls Club wants to make Orioles a permanent site for the kids in our community? Did you know that DMSMCA is waiting on Valour Community Centre to give Boys and Girls Club permission to use orioles for their youth programming? Without this approval, Youth programming at orioles will NOT be able to continue. As of June 2010, the drop in program that sees between 30 and 45 kids per day will close. There is no representation from Daniel Mac/St. Mathews residents on the Valour Community Centre INC. Board of Directors.
